	Chuck McArthur Senior Pastor chuck@crosscreekchurch.us 904-962-7415 Chuck/Facebook Chuck and Sheree McArthur and their three sons moved to northwest St. Johns County in 1996 for the purpose of starting Cross Creek. Raised in a Christian home, Chuck praises God for his saving grace while he was a young teenager. They met at Belhaven College in Jackson, MS. After graduation and marriage, they were involved in youth ministry for two years before moving with their firstborn to Liberia, W. Africa to teach at the African Bible College and Academy. After two years they returned to Mississippi for Seminary and further preparation for the ministry. They had three sons by the time they moved the family to central Florida to start New Hope Presbyterian Church in Eustis, FL where Chuck pastured for 8 years. Since then they have lived in St. Johns County and watched all three of their sons graduate from Bartram Trail High School. Sheree has taught in the school system here for 12 years and was Cunningham Creek Elementary's teacher of the year in 2003.
	Jan Werson Associate Pastor jan@crosscreekchurch.us 925-817-0115 Jan and Dottie Werson were married while Jan was a flight instructor with the Navy in Pensacola FL in 1977. Jan left the Navy in 1984 to start seminary at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. During seminary he joined the staff at First Presbyterian in Jackson as Minister of Outreach. After graduation, Jan and Dottie and their two children Jana and Matt, moved to Guam, their first duty station in the Navy as a chaplain. Jan served as a Naval Chaplain for 12 years, retiring in 2001. Following retirement, Jan joined the staff of Christ Church in Jacksonville as associate pastor from 2001-2007. It was during this time of ministry at Christ Church that Jan and Dottie really understood faith and the riches of God’s eternal love in Christ, as their daughter, Jana, was killed in an automobile accident in July 2005.
	Shane Fowler Director of Student Ministries shane@crosscreekchurch.us 904-302-2533 Shane/Facebook Shane was born and raised in Jacksonville where he attended grade school and high school. After graduating from the University of Florida, he spent 13 years in sales for Ring Power Corporation. He has been a member of Cross Creek Church for 7 years where most of the time he was a volunteer youth leader. In April 2009, he became the Director of Student Ministries at Cross Creek. He also sits on the board of directors for 6:8 Ministries. In his spare time he enjoys surfing and other outdoor activities. He lives in St. John’s with his wife, Sara, and their three children.
	Kelly Redway Director of Children's Ministries kids@crosscreekchurch.us 904-287-2771 A native of Florida, Kelly was raised in St. Johns county. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Masters in Education and Child Development, she remained in Gainesville as a teacher for 8 years. She and her husband, Frank, returned to the area in 2003 along with their two daughters and became members of Cross Creek at that time. Kelly has been involved as a nursery volunteer, a Sunday School and VBS teacher, and other areas involving children.
	Debbie Koerner Executive Administrator debbie@crosscreekchurch.us 904-287-4334 Having been raised as a preacher's kid, Debbie jumped at the chance to test the world at 17 years of age. While singing in a Young Life Coffee house, during college, she met her husband Bill. They moved to West Palm Beach in 1976, worshiping and serving at Lake Osborne Presbyterian. There she continued her degree in Counseling and Psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic College. They were called to Jacksonville in 2000. Debbie has three grown children (who followed them here) and feels her greatest calling is singing and leading worship but has enjoyed working with other ministries, including young adults/ married.
